I've been told that the first picture doesn't quite convey fixer-upper in the way I've verbally expressed it, so let me clarify. In case you're wondering, yes- that is the foundation slab you're looking at on the floor. Why bother with fancy over-priced flooring when you've got a perfectly good slab underneath?
